Article 7. Changes - Product Returns

Par. 1) Change of Products
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or another product. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the cooperating transport company on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.
The charge of the change concerns the first change of products and is charged to the customer and the cost is € 5.00. In case of a second change, the costs of returning the product to us as well as the costs of resending the new one are borne exclusively by the customer.
For returns from abroad the return costs are borne by the one who makes the return.
In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:
[1]. Do not have any damage and their packaging should be the ones that normally accompany the product
[2]. To be in excellent condition with their factory packaging (box or jelly, cards and distinctive labels, etc.)
[3]. Be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement, after first contacting our customer service department. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.
Par. 2) Change / Return Procedure

The change process is as follows: After contacting the customer service department, you send us the product to be changed, packaged with the General Post Office without any shipping costs. When we receive the product, we check if it meets the above conditions. If it meets them, we will send you the new product. The shipping cost of the new product (concerns only the first change in each order) is borne by the customer. If you wish us to send it to you with your own cooperating transport company, you should know that our company does not bear the costs of transporting the parcel and also does not bear any responsibility for any longer delivery time than estimated by the cooperating courier company.
Par. 3) Change Policy
It is clarified that the changes are always made in the initial purchase price of the product with any extra charge that arises as stated above. In case of change, if you do not find a product of equal or greater value than the product you want to return, you are entitled to a discount coupon, equal to the difference that arises.

Article 8. Return of Defective Products

Par. 1) Recognition of Responsibilities
In cases where, with proven fault of, products of poor and / or defective quality were sold or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then assumes full responsibility for the replacement, return costs as well as shipping costs. The product must be sent to us, exclusively with the cooperating transport company.

If you send us the product without following the above procedure, you will be fully charged all the costs of transporting the product in addition to those that arise and our company reserves the right to refuse to receive it. The terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.

Article 9. Order Cancellation

Par. 1) Possibility of Order Cancellation
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

Article 9.1. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the remote contract or the contract outside the store without stating the reasons and without any charge other than those provided herein.

Article 9.2. Obligations of the Supplier in Case of Withdrawal
Par. 1) Obligations of the Supplier
The Supplier shall reimburse any payment received from the Consumer, including, where applicable, the delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date on which it was informed of the Consumer's decision to withdraw from the Contract. The supplier shall make the refund provided for in the first subparagraph using the same means of payment as the consumer used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer is not charged the costs of the refund. of money.
Par. 2) Exceptions
By way of derogation from paragraph 1, the supplier shall not be required to reimburse additional delivery costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a method of delivery other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by the supplier.
Par. 3) Cases of Price Withholding
The supplier can withhold the refund until he receives the goods back or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the goods back, whichever comes first.
Article 9.3. Obligations of the Consumer in Case of Withdrawal

Par. 2) Cases of Depreciation of Goods
The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the management of the goods other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. Essentially the following should apply:

Article 9.4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 9.1. to 9.3. for distance and out-of-store contracts, does not apply in the following cases:
